my friend bought a body fat caliper and I read the instructions and Blah, Blah, Blah.
Anyways it says its 99% accurate and it should be accurate to withing 1% of water testing.
So I use it and I keep reading 2.5% bf. This thing must be wrong!!! thats **** near impossible.
Any idea if theses things are legit??
