well i logged abut 30 hours in the library on sat and sun. had to write a points and authority for one class and for a torst midterm i had to draft a 10 page products liability complaint. so it was a great weekend.
well i dont get to lift with shawn on tues or fri because of school but im going to get up earlier and make him come earlier so i can lift with him.
chest day was monday
flat dumbell 5x15,12,12,10,8
incline barbell 4x 15,12,10,8
incline fly 4x15 5 lbs increase each time (for me)
dips 3x15
nothing special but it was a good workout. we also did calfs. 2 exercises 4x15.
this wekend i might go to pf changs with him. changs is one our favorite restaurants. i cant wait to see what he puts down. im going to pic up the tab, lets hope i can keep it under 100 bucks. shawn told me he trains people that fly in from all over the US. charger 400 $ a session. then he looked and me and said but you get it all for free. i laughed and told him im just one of the lucky ones. well im leaving in a few for legs. pretty soon we start going in 2 times a day 3 times a week. ill be i good shape in no time. hell, i might even see my abbs for the first time ever, wonder what they look like?
