    Fat Tuesday.. whatcha giving up for lent? Wine for me

    Tomorrow is Ash wednesday. I try to give something up every year for the duration of lent. Never gear. This year its Wine. So tonight I'm just finishing up a bottle fo charonnay. But no more vino for 40 days. But by that time I'll be mid-cycle, so more like no vino for 90-100 days. Oh well. What are you guys giving up?

    i gave up drinking anything else besides water, milk or shakes (only drink milk in shakes).

    no juices, sodas, alcohols, no nothing.

    for all you who didnt make it this far yet i pity you. you have the will power of an 8 year old.

    when i was 22 i gave up spanking it to completion(had no girlfriend either) talk about will power? i have the will power of a 100 men.
    when i was 27 i gave up smoking cigs. i went back to it after 40 days, it was just for lent.

    a lot of people think they have to give something up that isnt good for you. its not about that. its about giving something up that you normally wouldnt, to give props to Jesus.
