My main question to you is what is your long term goal when it comes to lifting.... i.e. body fat, weight, ...
Im sitting here and im trying to think of a long term weight goal........ at what weight would you start to call someone who is 5'9 and 7% bodyfat a freak? (i realize this is kind of a tuff question).
Im only 20 and im thinking one day down the road id like to see myself at 235 7%bf... currently 190 at 7%
