    .... alll the other boards away. C'mon... did ya'll really thinkI could bad mouth my home away from home. Jason... I like the changes bro... keep at it. So how the hell are ya'll??? I'm doin pretty good.... sorry for being AWOL. Just been Mod'ing at a few other boards and it's been eating up a bunch of my time. I hope to chat with ya fine folks again soon.

    I've learned almost as much here as I have from school and certification courses. I study Kinesiology & Health Sciences, BSC at a leading University in Toronto. But when I write term papers and articles for small magazines on training, nutrition and supplements, most of what I write comes from AR. Personal experiences count for more then what most people think. Sure, I know the physiological and chemical effects from schooling, but the experiences of all the members are a greater and more practical source of information. I'm all about practicality over theoretics.

    Ronny... you and I share a few things there bro... I to majored in Exercise and Sports Science, along with some training in Nutritionist and plenty of experience. It does help to have a broad background.

    I did a Mini-Cert in Sport Pyschology. Nuts bro. Did you guys ever touch on that? I remember a study on a Male who benched 200% over his 1RM under Hypnosis.

    Man....in a way this reminds me of Pumping Iron. (the board does). I remember Arnold saying how small the gym was, and how much life was put into it just from the people...There are tons of message boards out there; dead and alive. AR is alive, and it always will be because of the Mods, Vets, Jason, and the members..Great board, i'd never leave it. (I'm sure you all know that by now )
