What happend to the PL meet? Are you doing a show now? What about school? Maybe you should focus on your grades...?
I'm 5'7 and 180, i have enough to cut up at 15-16% bf. The PL meet is still going down yes, but im also wanting to compete this summer, so im starting to cut now. I'm still gonna compete in the PL meet though. And I can focus on my grades and my body at the same time ;)Quote:

At 180lb don't even consider cutting. 180lb is considered heavy for someone who is 5"7 ( I'm the same height), but in my opinion it is still not heavy enough for cutting. I'm 20lbs heavier than you and I still won't consider cutting, well I am kinda but my idea of cutting means running a cycle of Tren and Prop :D . You're going to lose size, and strength if you drop weight now;and from what I know of your stats I'm not sure if you are even benching 225lbs yet. Trust me gain at least 20lbs more before you cut.
