My farewell post
I have heard that i will be banned because of my age. Nothing i can do about it, i am sorry i never had the chance to be a Vet, or mod to contribute more to the board. I just want to say thanks to everyone who took there time and help me out. I came here a 15 yr old 125 pound skin and bone kid. Before i started lifting i was a trouble maker, getting arrested for stupid **** and smoking a lot of pot . I will be leaving a 160 pound solid 9% body fat semi muscular young adult with a better outlook in life. I will most likely continue working out like i do now, but who knows what will happen. I have had this place to come to for inspiration, help, and confidence. I know that a lot of stupid uneducated kids come on here asking about what cycle they should take but i don't see why that had to rune it for me? Before i start bitching or something i will stop. I hope this board is as help full for many people as it was for me. I will attach the most recent pic of me at the end of this post. One more time i will say thank you to everyone that helped me out along the way. Thank you, and farewell
Brian aka Frost

It is unfortunate. I hope that you continue your journey in BB. You will be welcome back when you are of age. This is obviously the flip side of this situation but when all is said and done I still stick by our decision. I wish you all the best and hope to see you as a member again.

I have read some very good posts by frost. He has been a very helpful participant on this board. Unfortunately, there must be an age limit...due to the potential for litigation.
I hate to see you go bro! I certainly hope to see you back here...bigger than ever...on your 18th b-day.
I think Rickson said it very well...this is unfortunate...but it is the right thing.

Frost, I can't put into words, how much of an impact what you said above will have to every member here... I hope you keep your positive attitude, and never let anyone tell you different bro.. The way you described where you came from, and where you are now says alot about your hard work ethic, disciplene, and how well you WILL succeed at anything you set out to do bro.. I'm not one for speeches, but you earned alot of respect by what you mentioned, and that is genuine..
Good luck brotha, drop in the chat room and say what up.. If you have any questions bro don't hesitate to ask one of us in an email or something.. Don't give up on your weight training, Keep lifting and keep growing bro you've come a long way.. Stick with it, and you'll be a bigggggg boy by the time we all hear from you again bro..
Best of luck Brian

This is the ****ed up thing I have always hated. One person ****s it up for everyone else.
You are an adult at a young age bro. I have seen some of your post and think you were an asset.
I personaly am sorry and think you are mature enough to stay. It is not my decission so I am sorry.

I wish you well Frost. Your decision to post this departure statment in such a polite manner represents class and integrity. It is an unfortunate circumstance, that the board as a whole will have to loose you and the few other quality contributors that are under the age limit, but as a team of mods, we need to look out for the best interest of the whole, and the age limit is set in place to insure that the board does not come under scrutiny or consequence from irate authority figures; such as parents, teachers, etc.
I hope you keep up with lifting, and I look forward to your return. Take care

Frost..You have impressed many by your well thought out and mature post..It really is an unfortunate, but necessary decision that had to be made for the better of the board and its future..Carlos said it best..Come back in 13 months and blow the roof off of this place with your physique..God knows you have the appropriate attitude, now it's time to continue to sculpt your body!! Good luck, keep your grades up, stay away from the marijuana, and we will welcome you back here in those very few months..Peace!!

Thanks to all who have commented, and said there good byes. This post has fell nothing short of the most inspirational thread i have ever created. By looking at it from the perspective ''13 months to impress'' really helps in my journey for physical satisfaction. Who knows what i will look like in 13 months, so its something for me to look forward to. I hope that i see most of you in the near future, would be nice if this thread is still around in 13 months for me to look back on. Really though, you guys have given me inspiration, and the confidence to succeed. I feel right now, even though i am getting banned, i feel happy, or more ''positive state of mind''. I hope that everyone who visits this board is as lucky as i have been, to have good advice a few keys away is something everyone should have. Anabolic Review is by far the best/most help full forum on the entire Internet. Once again, thanks to all who have taken time out of there day to help me out.

Well i mean.. it didn't look like anyone else was gonna do it and this would just go on till he was 18. I didn't make the 18+ rule... I just enforce it.
