can someone explain to me why there is a liability for underage participants of the board..... as i understood it, steroids are illegal in the US to both adults and minors :unsure: :unsure: . it begs the question..... what's the difference between a 17 year old kid doing something that is illegal and a 35 year old man doing the same illegal thing....???
seriously people....
IMHO, people who regularly contribute to this board and help other people out should never be banned... BUT when people only want to "post whore" and annoy other members by hijacking their threads.... why aren't they banned?
the difference is that the parents of the 17 year old can sue the board and the parents of a 35 year cannot.
simply put ofcourse.:)
