Please stop doing this...
I would like to make a plea to all bodybuilders to please stop using 45lbs plates
on the small e-z curl bar for doing arms it looks very silly. Please just use two 25lbs plates per side. thank you.
Another interesting fact i have observed lately is that most of the naked men prancing around the locker room at the ymca dont actually workout. They just wander around naked.
This was a useless post but i cant think of anything else. Good day

What if you use two 45's on each end of the curlbar? Is that acceptable to you?

Well im off to work. This is kind of funny, I work as a cnc machinist in a factory
making crack pipes from alumminum. But i work alone all night so its lots of time to take my shirt off and practise my mr olympia posing.

Ron, Mass, Mart and Palme...sounds like you'll have to start using 2 5lb weights instead of a 10lb weight on each side of the curl bar bro....you don't want to be a showoff also!!!

its gotta suck to not be able to get the 45s off the curl bar when we are done, i doubt ill make any special effort for the weak, but ill keep you in mind when i leave it next time...... and staring at someone who is curlin with 45s on is silly......or gay.
