Hi there!

I have no photos of me, so i thoght i´d tell you instead.

i´m 176,5 cm tall, weight 65 kg.
My measures.
Arms: 36 cm
Chest: 106 cm
Waist: 71 cm
Shoulders: 113 cm
Legs: 55 cm
Calfes: 35 cm

My max weigths:
Bench: 80 kg
Deadlift: 120 kg
Legpress: 236 kg

Now i want some comments.
So bring em on.

Bro i think most of the guys here work off imperial measurements and metric dosen,t mean a lot so I have converted it for you

Height 5 8"
Weight 143lbs

Arms 14"
Chest 41 1/2"
Waist 28"
Shoulders 44 1/2"
Legs 21 1/2"
Calfs 13 1/2"

I think that is right hope you don,t mind

We both thought of doing that?? What did you say the other day about thinking alike holy cow we must share the same brain..........you have like 95% of it and I have the remainder!!

How did you get your measurements did you divide by 25? I used 25.4mm/inch
