    I'm going to puke

    if I down another protein shake. I just thought you'd all like to know. Now I'm going to go do my back workout, and try not to think about the chocolatey concoction that follows . . .

    I actually like drinking my protein drinks now that I found one that tastes good. Sorry about your probs. though, I know what your going through.

    i eat tuna instead of protien shakes for now. imo its a better source of protien. but when i drink them its the nitrotech rtd cans in chocolate. tastes just like yoohoo!

    I drink 10 serving a day of protein shakes.. 222 grams, and usually eat the other 1/2... ive been doing this for 3 yrs, so if im not tired of it by now i dont think i ever will be.

    use different shakes for different times of the day...eg; whey isolate right after workout, caseinate before bed, etc...there are a lot of combinations you can run and it won't get too stale

    I've been doing mine like that as well lately, dbol has just killed my appetite.
