    For all you tuna eaters....

    I read an article in my paper today that said this week and next are the best weeks in of the year to get tuna at cheap prices. My local store is selling them 3 for 0.99 cents. The average price for the next 2 weeks for tuna fish is 0.40 a can. Good luck and happy eating....

    Any store in particular? Kroger? Food Lion?f all Krogers all over the U.S. have the same sales @ the same time... you'd think so huh?)

    It's cheap because people eat it for lent. And Chris, I want to know how you get tuna that cheap as well...

    my father is a salesperson for a wholesale distributor, (meyers supply inc in naugatuck ct) so we get it by the case (64 cans) at cost. comes out to around 13 cents a can for chicken of the sea. for bumblebee it's a little more, like 17 cents.

    i ate 3 cans of tuna a day out of the can for 9 weeks, got completly sick of it, which sux because of it high protein source, but i will say i got cut as sh!t while eating it, but no more of that fishie fish for me cant stand it anymore!!!!

    get the cans of salmon........its a little more expensive but you can at least stand it for 9 weeks

    Salmon in a can ? never heard of it, i been eatin nothing but chicken breast and steak !! it so cheap up here in TX, but i will deff check out the Salmon, eat it for a afternoon snack.

    Salmon is ****ing gross. I don't know how you can do it, smells like dirty box when you open the lid.

    I hunt and fish so I always have tons of salmon as for tuna man I think I'm growing gills, tuna overload and bad for the breath. My patients must love me.
