i generally associate time capsules with artifacts placed into a sealed container and buried for posterity.

it would be funny to put in syringes and vials of gear since that will all be a thing of the past when gene manipulation comes around full circle.

our delivery methods will look so antiquated when newer technology allows for increased efficacy of compounds and minimal sides.

the aliens will be like 'these idiotic humans were sticking needles into their muscles and injecting dirty compounds that required an abundance of calories and muscle training! bwahahaha'

A copy of each current BB magazine, maybe a few reputable books on the topic.
Then, a few tools of the trade, belt, gloves, wraps,
Then some empty wrappers (so they don't spoil everything else) of supplements,
Then a few videos,
Then a few pix of current gyms (fitness centers to dusty hardcore),
And finally, a few samplings of underground supplements.
Oh, and a list of sources and scammers . . .
