Help!
Since 5pm EST tonight i have eaten, 3 yogurts, 2 cans of tuna, 1 large cheese pizza, 1 gallon of cottage cheese, a bowl of oatmeal, 1 whole baked fish, 2 peanut butter sandwiches on whole wheat
and im still hungry! I'm never like this!
:( if anyone can offer some words of wisdom im open to hearing it, and yes i already know "don't eat so much".

1 large cheese pizza ? do you meen 8 slices from a large pie or one frozen thingy?
IMO i can eat light foods like that all day and still be hungry . Instead of 3 yogurts shoulda attempted 3 steaks i bet you wouldnt have bin hungry after that :D :eat:

Mostly everything you ate was carby. Rage is right, if you would've had more protein over carbs, like a couple of chicken breasts or steak instead of the pizza and oatmeal - it would hold you over a lot longer.
