    I am in the process of putting together a section of my site dedicated to the Arnold Classic... I took over 500 pictures this weekend including some pretty cool videos...

    Nice bro! I love going to expo's, getting to take pics with famous people, hot models, etc....I know you had to wait a while in line for arnie, but how long did you have to wait for big ron? Great Pics

    During my 4 months of dieting I ate lots of fiberous vegis and very lean protein sources... 6 small meals every 3 hours... When it came to bulking I went up to about 4500 calories eating every 2 hours!
    This is what my diet used to look like...

    I love expos. I missed the O last year and I will for sure be there this year. Other than seeing all the freaks, you get t-shirts, protein bars and powders for cheap or even free!!!

    Here we are with Markus RUUUUUUUUUHL at the post contest party... out of everyone on stage he was my favorite... considering the reponse he got from the crowd, he seemed like everyone's favorite (except for the judges)... he should have won the most muscular award!!!
