I used to go nutts a taco bell and fast food on cheat days when i would bulk up.
A cheat day for me:
IHOP,
8 whole eggs, 5 peices of toest. 4 pankakes. 4 peices of bacon. 2 large OJ's
Snack:20 peice Mcnugget. and Mcflurry
Lunch: 2 wendys tripples, large fries, chicken filey sandwhich, and a milk shake. Large coke
Snack: Foot long hoagie with, a half a bag of cheetos. 3 glasses of sunkist
Dinner: Taco Bell, 2 chicken chalupas, 2 steak chalupas, casedias, nachos w/cheese, and half a mexican pizza.
Snack at movies: Protein bar. Whole bag of large popcorn. box of goobers, 2 boxes of raisenets.
Late snack: Protein shake
That was my cheat routine when I had a girlfriend. Every ****in saturday.
