Cheat day record
Whats the record ammount you guys have eaten on a cheat day?
My record is 1 kg(2,2 pounds) of french fries, a ****load of dressing and chese to the fries, 1 kg of meatballs, 400grams(1 pound) of potato chips, 3 liters of icecream, candy maby 300grams and then a pringels jar. After that last pringels I puked like a ****ing pig
The sickest thing of it all is that I feelt proud that I manage to eat until I puked.

last night i had 2 big ass chicken fried steaks, big mound of garlic mashed potatoes, a load of fried okra, a salad, and i topped it off with 1/2 a cheesecake...im still full

ok before i got totally ready to cut for summer i would go overboard on my cheat..
heres 2 weeks ago what i ate on my cheat day
4 grilled cheese samitches , 1 pint of ben and jerrys ice cream, 1 big bag of starbursts, 7 nutri grain bars, 5 oatmeal marshmellow cookie thingys, 15 bagel bites, 1 large bowl of captn crunch, 4 packages of fruit snacks, 2 kit kats.. and no i did not puke.. i was still hungry but i had to make myself stop.. LOL

A large all dressed pizza with a large poutine (poutine = fries + cheese curds + gravy, a very french canadian thing) and enough coke to drown a whale.

nobody eat like a starved bodybuilder
last night I had a cheat day and started the day with a bag of peanuts
then I had 2 liters of icecream and a cheesecake(500g) followed upp by a big load of mashed potatoes and meatballs
then a 300g bag of potato chips and a bag of candy and 4 of these
and half a kilo of french fries and a ****load of cheese and dressing to end the night.

three sausage McMuffins w/egg & three hash browns downed with a quart of OJ, for lunch one large peperoni and mushroom pizza w/ liter of pepsi, and for dinner 6 pieces of KFC w/ large fries and liter of pepsi
the pizza was really hard to finish

Hmmmm my cheat day usually consists of pizza, spaghetti, and chinese food.... I still keep it pretty healthy of course I'm just anal like that

Just had a subways chicken bacon wrap with a bottle of grapefruit juice and a nice super sour green apple for desert. I feel content...
I love a super greasy food cheat day, but boy do I ever regret it! Flows thru you like shît thru a goose!

I used to go nutts a taco bell and fast food on cheat days when i would bulk up.
A cheat day for me:
8 whole eggs, 5 peices of toest. 4 pankakes. 4 peices of bacon. 2 large OJ's
Snack:20 peice Mcnugget. and Mcflurry
Lunch: 2 wendys tripples, large fries, chicken filey sandwhich, and a milk shake. Large coke
Snack: Foot long hoagie with, a half a bag of cheetos. 3 glasses of sunkist
Dinner: Taco Bell, 2 chicken chalupas, 2 steak chalupas, casedias, nachos w/cheese, and half a mexican pizza.
Snack at movies: Protein bar. Whole bag of large popcorn. box of goobers, 2 boxes of raisenets.
Late snack: Protein shake
That was my cheat routine when I had a girlfriend. Every ****in saturday.

All time was a couple of years back after a friend of mine brought some purple haze from amsterdam. i bucket of kfc w/ extra gravy and coleslaw, 20 ounce porterhouse steak, 1 box pizza, 5 cheeseburgers w extra patties, 5 tacos, 2 racks of baby-back ribs, 2 cans chorizo bilbao, tin of goose liver and a midnight snack of japanese beef teriyaki on rice I think it was the chronic!

Whole box of brownie mix (made of course), whole Pudding cake (made of course), choc. choip pancakes w/ light syrup of course (I dont wanna go overboard), 3 burritos , 2 large pizzas, ice cream sandwhiches up the ass, 2 bags of coco and fruity pebbles (There only like .60 a bag) 12 donuts, 1 1/2 of milk, pasta, potatoes, bag of pizza rolls, the best though was can of pringles and a 1/2 of bottle of baby ray's bbq sauceetc.
I would literally wake up at 12:01 am and start to cheat w/ milk, donuts, ice cream sand. etc. my **** wouldnt end till 1200 pm to....So sad so fckin sad
I ate like this every Saturday AND AND Sunday and still lost weight!!!!
Its much better now. I limit my fat intake and only carb up once a week.
PS- Evertime I see post like this I was chcukle and say cant nobody touch me Now I kinda frown and wonder how much MORE progress i could have made.

I just can't eat that kind of crap. I like eating clean. Cottage cheese, lean steak, sashimi, tuna steaks, salmon steaks, mahi mahi.. asaparagus and sweet potatos.. these are my favorite foods.

after my comp last year i got a job at subway for 3 months right after the show lol big mistake on their part... I was eating 3 double roast chicken subs a day, with 4 to 5 cookies, a bag of sunchips, and i'd wash it down with gatorade... and at the end of the day i'd ring it all in as a veggie deli round... that's if i rang it in... I went from 186 to 240 in 2 months lol... God bless subway and the amount of debt i put them in and oh yeah I never gained an inch on my waist somehow? I filled out just right

In a way Im almost jealous of all that you can eat... but then I think about the size of my waist if I ate 1/4 of any of this.. and NAAAA ya'll can have it....
