Would it be a bad idea for me to do 30-45 minutes of walking in the morning if I plan on squating that evening??

I don't know to much about bodybuilding, but I do want to encourage you to do the walking because that will have more positive effects in the long run for your overall wellbeing.

Cardio in the AM... if you have the time do it.. youll burn more stored fat if you do cardio on an empty stomach!!!!
