    Creating an "animated" avatar?

Okay computer guys, is there a way I can create an avatar that is somewhat "animated"? I thought someone on here had one a while back that simply rotated between two pictures...a "regular" avatar that morphed into a pic of themselves. Is there any way to do such a thing?

if you download paintshop pro 7 off of the net....it comes with a pretty cool animation tool...which is very easy to use...just insert your images...it gives you a few special effects that you can use(morph) and then just save it as a gif

Why did you tell him? I don't want to see a pic of his ugly ass, morphed or not.
