    I have always been myself at interviews and everything went well.
    Now for my Bouncer jobs, I never interviewed. The owners new me and asked me to come to work. Just as stated above don't act like a bad ass, that can come later.

    2) ask what is expected of you
    3) ask how many doostaff they have on the busy nights, you dont wanna work somewhere that is severely understaffed
    4) ask how long the majority of the doorstaff have worked there

    Basically just make some smalltalk with the guy hiring and ask about anything you can think of, but be careful what you say...sounds like an oxymoron I know, it is. Best thing you can have is a buddy that works in the place vouch for you. Good luck palme. BTW, I thought swedish people were so happy and friendly the bars there didn't need bouncers ...lol.

    ask about the chicks! Make sure you are getting some kind of fringe benefits from it.

    Ask if your allowed to punch who ever looks at you cossed eyed and tell them your a master of excuses when it comes to evasive measures.

    Before you leave, grab a bottle from behind the bar and challenge them to a show down in their own place.

    I'm guessing its the same pretty much everywhere, not sure about Sweeden.. Ballpark low end is 75 a night (15 an hour) high end 250 a night (50+ an hour), actually it might be less then that now, my first job at this pub when i was 19 they paid me 45 a night + a certain percentage of what the waitresses made, but i got so many drinks on the house i wasn't complaining.. Personally I wouldn't work for less then 100 a night, i'd rather just stay home and eat instead, not worth my time..

    It went well! We had a 30 minute talk yesterday and he called me about 5 minutes ago and said im starting this weekend and im also working the 2 weekends following this
