    Great To See So Many Female Faces!!!!!

    Just wanted to make a quick shout out to all of our female members..You ladies add a dynamic and perspective to the board that we have been in need of for quite some time..When I signed on tonight there were like 9 or 10 signed on the board..That is excellent and I hope to see your faces a consistent presence here at AR..For the ladies that have been here awhile, thanks for sticking it out..And for our newer female members, we are glad to have you and hope you learn and share in the wealth of information that makes this board TOP NOTCH!! I know I can speak for the Mods, Vets, members-Newbie to Senior, and Admin in saying welcome to AR..

    Yes, it's very key to balance testosterone w/the appropriate amount of estrogen, even at this platform!

    Right on Doc! I always look for the insights and perspectives of the females here in the discussions.

    I'm just glad that most of the females accept that most of us here are full of test, and brush off some of the statements of derogatory sexual remarks as just being guys.

    Hell, I feel like I'm back in the military with the guys!

    I'm very pleased to have our great female members posting on AR.....I've a few ladies ask me training questions all the time and it's nice to have such a well rounded group of ladies that do figures, power lifting and body building on here for me to ask input from.
