YOu gotta have the high end smoothie machine to get it to the right texture. It's all basically the same thing....whatever form of protein powder you chooose and usually bananas and strawberries. You can make it at home, but it won't be the same without the machine.....

Ditto. A buddy of mine onwed a few Tropical Smoothies around Houston a while back and I managed to aquire one of his "turbo blenders" after he went rupt. It's broke now, but I tell you, 45 seconds in one of the those things could make bricks come out with a smoothie texture

    I just shake now

hell yeah, I get the 32 oz. strawberry hulk with an extra scoop of whey every time I eat there, 6.48 a pop So good, but have you seen the nutritional value on that thing? 700 plus calories
