Unhappy I Want To Kill Him

This knob that lives upstairs always has the exact same stupid techno song
playing over and over. Im going crazy. I dont think i can reason with him cause
i get to mad. The other place i lived in i got into a fight and charged then missed my court date and the cops put my picture in the ten most wanted and ran it in the paper next to nine other mostly rapists and pedophiles. This was
not good for my public image.

Hmmm have ya talked to him about it? If so, get some power tools such as a circular saw, powerdrill, and a hammer, get some old wood boards and a few saw horses and let loose about 3am with that circular saw... Just an idea...

Break out some weird ethnic music and crank it until the mofi gets the message. Nothing like late night Hindu xmas carrols at maximum volume in March.

You need to get high tech

When I lived in an appartment, the teenager upstairs from me had an electric guitar which he played a top volume... only problem is that he did not know how to play it nor could he be bothered to learn... I asked politely a few times to keep the volume down but well...

Electromagnetic interference (EMI) to the rescue...

I break out the old HAM radio gear, UHF transmitter, 250w linear amplifier, 14dB directional antenna... stand under his amp, point the antenna and key the mic for a few seconds, get this horrible noise from his amp... he stops playing and restarts, so I key the mic again and hear this awefull buzzing sound from his amp... so I keep it there a good minute... funny thing is that when I unkeyed the mic, the buzzing sound continued blew his amp. Problem solved...

Did the same thing to a neigbours home theatre in our condo... a$swipe had no consideration for the other owners...

EMI is your friend folks military has been using it a while, playing with EMI I've even stalled a few cars (seems Saturns and Explorers onboard computers are VERY sensitive to EMI, barely a few hundred watts will shut down the computer, and the car).

Its probably not the "same" song over and over again... all of that crap sounds exactly the same...

the people above me (not mentioning their ethnicity) vacume EVERYDAY!!!!!! and like at 3 or 4 AM... solved that by getting a bull horn standing on my bed and yelling at the top of my lungs into it..... its played many annoying songs too...
