They wont let me eat in the tanning bed, so i dont like it.
Thats the only way to do it...get a good pump, then tan and it brings you vascularity out alot better...i love the way i look after a good w/o and a 20 minute tan....
i only tan after i workout.... no need to get all hot an sweatty twice in one day

Shiet!!!! If i went tanning after a workout I would overheat. I need to cool down and then have a cool shower after a workout, or else I get all irritated from the heat.

UV exposure, especially indoor tanning - or being in the sun for long periods of time will increase your risk of getting skin cancer. I agree that doesn't necesarily mean you will get skin cancer...but you definitely increase your risk.Quote:
