Shoe's CD player, cds, notebook, lifting belt, extra batteries because it sucks in the middle of a wrokout when your batteries die.
Nothing, i dont carry one, and i dont see why people lug around these huge bags around the gym all day, dont need all that **** to lift...
towel, mp3 player, cell phone, deoderant, lifting gloves (if i ever actually decide to use them)
well i have dbol 30mgs a day 8 weekks taper off test 400 mgs per 4 days sust once a week 500 mgs

I often have much junk in my bag ranging from: towel, water bottle, keys, hoodie (when done warming up), chalk, wallet, sunglasses, hat, protein bars, workout logbook, pen, etc, etc.

I used to have a gym bag, but now i don't.. I bring on person:
1)keys
2)1 gallon jug of water
3)straps
4)weightbelt
5)chalk on leg day and back day
Do you guys train in long sleeves or short sleeves, I usually wear a sweat shirt, then rip that biatch off after its soaking wet, I look like a scrub when i train (a big one though:D, construction boots and a torn sweatshirt, two rips under each arm and a rip at the neck, thats when i know i am growing, when that bitch don't wanna come off, you gotta rip it off) AMEN TO THAT..

Because I workout at the comapny gym and because I'm always in there I have two lockers to hold all my crap; Two differnet belts, gloves (haven't used in a long time) A spare set of workout clothes, fat scale, water bottle (also keep a gallon water container, I don't drink out of fountains), lifting straps, hat (my lucky hat, sob stinks to high heaven...I ain't washing the luck off of it. hahaha), chalk, Knee wraps (for those days when my knee acts up), tolietries and two huge towels.

Not a d@mn thing. If I can't carry it in by hand, it doesn't come with. MP3 player, gloves, and water bottle, what else would I need? I live 2 blocks away from the gym, so I don't need to carry meals with me.
Shaker, mp3 player, 1/2 kilo of crack, grips, water, some sort of food, Mineral Ice, dentures, and mass junkie.. He seems to enjoy the ride..
Actually I have to carry a gym bag...
I usually train in the morning before going to work so I need all my shower/shaving supplies and clean clothes for work.
Plus my training shoes, small towell, MP3 player, post workout shake (blah blah) all need a place to dwell...
Plus with winters here it's pretty hard to head to the gym in shorts and sneakers when it's -25 outside! :) (and my biggest murderous pet peeve is a$sholes who walk around the gym in their winter boots or outside shoes dripping with snow...)
