Thread: hang cleans?

ok i know i posted this question in the workout forum but i am posting it again here because more people come here then to the workout forum.
What day should i do Hang Cleans?
back and bi day
chest and tri day
legs and shoulder day
i wasn't really really sure what the best day to throw in cleans would be what do you guys think?

i already do dead lifts on back and bis should i still do cleans? or should i change it up by the weeks, one week do dead lifts the other do cleans?

i think once you get past the novice stage with them they become to dangerous, so i personally would exclude them.....

i allso do it on the back bi day... but i like power cleans better
