I usually eat pretty clean but when i'm on cycle and bulking up I try to get one cheat meal in everyday. I usually alternate between fast food joints. What do you guys eat?? My favorite is In n Out Burger. I'll get 2 3x3's....that is 6 patties...soooooo goooood
Bro I eat fast food all the time when bulking, I have a really fast metabolism so I gain barely any fat, which i love cuz i can cheat a bit more often then the regular guy. I try to hit various fast food joints so I dont get sick of one.

i eat fast food when bulking...sometimes when not...but i'm far from lean, and that's part of why...
if you're going to be strict...stay away form fast food!
just started to incorporate some cheat meals on weekends, just can't get enough calories.
I always stay pretty lean so I can do it....I used to be as stict as could be and eat super clean but it was so hard to get enough caloires to fuel my workouts.
A cheat meal everyday! Dang bro, I can't afford to do that. I would get fat as hell from eating that much fast food. I will usually eat fast food once a week when bulking.

I'm not too strict about diet, I eat it regualrly. I have good metabolism. Then again I would never even consider having cheat days like some of you guys do... I typically just eat grilled chicken burgers. Or I'll go to Wendys and have a double burger (more protein than fat) or chili.... an NO I never eat the fries (OK maybe every now and then).

yea, usually once a week durning bulk ill cheat, maybe 2times, those new hardees hamburgers are awesome
during my last cycle I usually ate it about 2 times a week, needlessly to say i put on a little around the stomach and handels here. this next bulking cycle I go on I am going to eat every fuc*ing hour, clean good bulking food. can't wait. i have finally developed discipline

LMAO...hey you boys who have eaten at In n Out have to remember our boys back east, midwest, down south and up north have not had the privilege of eating at such a fine establishment as In n Out....man just alking about it makes me want to go there and get a guhe burger animal style....they open in one hour....whoo-hoo....
Oh and back to the question....i only try and cheat on the weekends....I am cycling now but I need to drop some bf....beer is my cheating food....lol....
