Why not just buy the things he needs for him?
I understand that in most states, when you open up the plastic, oxygen gets in and boogers up the picture. Tamper-proofing, I think they call it. I have no idea how to get around it . . .

if he's a young skinny white kid, just glue a 70's pic of a black guy with an afro on top, my younger brother did it and got into two bars on a laugh and then they took it away.
