    Stay focused

    OK here is one. I am usually very focused in the gym. Today I am working out and this woman goes up to do some crunches on the crunch machine. She is wearing a sports top that if she adjusted her tits would fall out. She had a low cut bottom on and had every right to wear it. All focused was lost. Your suddenly going I felt like George Kastansia on Sienfield. All I could think is “water need some water here”! Cold very very cold water. It’s hard to stay focused when woman walk around like that….

    Seriously speaking, I don't have any probs with that. Whenever I am in the gym working, I don't "see" anyone, it's literally just me and the iron. When I get out, that's a different story altogether
