    Stopping Popups??!!!

I am sure there has been a few threads about this, but because of all kinds of new programs coming out each day I thought I would post this question again. What program are you currently using to block popups?

I have had an infestation lately and it is driving me crazy. I have used spybot in the past and attempted to run it today but it keeps freezing on me.

So lets here what you are all using out there!!

Download Mozilla FireFox browser. It's better than IE anyway.

    I haven't seen a popup in over a year!

Or you can download the Google Toolbar.

I'd install "google taskbar" in your explorer. It kicks bu**. Best pop up blocker I've ever used and it's free.

"ad-aware" is a very good prog for finding cra* on your computer. It's free ware too.

I also install "sygate personal firewall" on all my computers too. You can get a free version of it from their site. it's wicked and it askes you every time a new prog tries to access the internet from your computer. you can also set it to not let certain programs access the internet too ( great if you run "eval" software ).
