    Why is it...

    I have to eat 5lbs of chicken to gain a half pound of muscle... but one fuking 6oz snicker bar puts a pound and a half of fat on me?!?!

    pisses me off....

    LOL, i'm exactly the same way, but for me, my weapon of choice happens to be beef. After a while though, you learn your body better, and you can get away with lil things every now and then.
