Why is it so important to do 275 for 10 reps? At 5 reps your max is a little over 300. Try this for for 4 weeks and if your bench hasn't gone up something is severely wrong.
    Week 1 : 235 x 5, 245 x 5, 255 x 5, 265 x 5, 275 x 5
    Week 2 : 265 X 5, 275 x 5, 285 x 3, 295 x 2, 305 x 1, 305 x 1, 295 x 2, 285 x 3, 275 x failure.
    Week 3 : 275 x 5, 285 x 5, 295 x 3, 305 x 2, 315 x 1, 3 x 6 @ 225
    Week 4 : 285 x 2, 295 x 2, 305 x 2, 315 x 2, 325 x 1, 3 x 3 @ 285

Use this for just your bench, but still continue with your auxillary lifts and train your tri's hard.

This is a good idea!! I would also throw in some super sets on dumbell flys. Start out heavy (3 reps max) then drop 20lbs (6 reps max) then drop 20lbs (8 rep max) with very little rest between sets. Have the dumbells on the ground and ready to go. Peace
