    LOL, this is hilarious. Follow his 9/11 testimony, where the committee specifically questioned him about this, so far not a single one of his statements has been revoked.

    I can't beleive you guys think this is about his book selling, but then again you would probably also call clarke's apology theatrical arrogance as the republican speaker did.

    Actually... Richard Clarke was a holdover from Bush I to begin with... don't be so quick to blame Clinton for this. I know it's the boilerplate response for any conservative argument... "It's Clinton's Fault"... but not for this one.

    What is really amazing is that no one wants to say "Yes... we ****ed up". "Yes, we could have done better". "Yes, the Intelligence Agencies Don't Talk To Each Other".
