No Flaming Allowed Please!

I know it's been said several times in the past,but alot of new and old member's are still getting a little carried away with the NO FLAME rule.

We have to remember this is a board full of valuable information!

We are all at different levels in our progress,and none of us are perfect.So we shouldn't compare other member's photo's or stats against ours or other member's on the board.

If a member has the courage to post his/her picture the last thing we need to do is insult them in any way,shape or form.If we have no possitive comments then lets keep them to ourselves,nobody is asking you to lie to them and tell them they look great if you don't think they do.

There will alway's be people who aren't in as good of condition as you,and those who are in better condition than you,there will be those who know more than you and those who don't.So remember there aren't any stupid questions either.

Just a reminder to all of us. there is a ZERO tolerance for unnecessary Flaming,people who think it's funny to flame will be banned PERIOD! and that meens you will miss out on a world of knowledge that this board has to offer. so lets bite our tongues and have some compassion for our fellow man.
