    Frustrated As Hell

Started my cycle 3 weeks ago was taking 100mg prop eod
and 350mg eq/week for the first 2 weeks
bumped it up to 75mg ed and 500mg a week of eq
havent gained a single pound so far... cant figure out why .. i know the prop is good i had it tested..
only problem is during the weeks im workign 50-60 hours doing construction all day.. lugging stuff and alot of outdoor work and come nighttime when i train im pretty beat from the day.. could this be a reason why im not gaining? i know this cycle is mostly cutting but i planned to gain 10-12lbs and figured i woulda gained a couple already..diet is in tact.. eating lots during the day and good calories and protein.. i dono im relly confused.. first time i used prop ever.. last cycle was over a year ago.. ran 500mg sust/wk for 7 wks.. then 750 for the remaining 5.. need some advice bros thanks..

You have to be patient with the EQ bro, it takes long time before it kicks in. Prop doesn't do size that much it's more about the strenght. I'd calculated my BMR again and see you have your diet in check. It's probably due to your exhausting work - try to consume as many shakes during the day as you can. It sucks when you have to work so much.

As I said before - I trully understand your position - just try to drink shakes before your meals. It's easy - go get some weightgainer and mix with milk - it really works.

its not a good position to be in .. sometimes i even wonder if its even worth the bother.. but i love training and i love the results.. Its just so hard come this time of year with construction.. its hardass work.. and between working and training.. i dont have alot of time left to make myself good meals let alone try to follow them during the day.. anyways im gonna buy some Nlarge.. and see how that works.. try to take it as much as i can..

As far as I'm concerned you'd be fine with PCT - I'd work with less intensity during and after PCT due to the lack of AAS and your catabolism when the gear is clear out of your system. ...or you're afraid of muscle loss... but that's different story.

You have to believe dude - I know it's been a hardass to you but still at least have your diet in check as much as you can. Don't stay on caloric deficyt. Get some weightgainer and have a faith.

The gear doesn't do everything - it's the all factors. Don't bump up your AAS intake cause when the diet sucks everything else sucks.
