what size pin to draw out liquid nolva

i have pnp liquid nolva and as most of you now it has a lot of little chunks in it so after i shake it up really good what gage should i use to draw it out.
also what do you take it with (as far as what to drink with it) i was thinking just a small shot glass of juice

Biggest pin you got, cause those chunks are kinda big, I have the same stuff.
Just draw and spray that crap in your mouth, then wash it down with whatever will kill the taste.

you could fill up some gelcaps in advance too instead of having tedios measurements to do every day
