    strenght gains 1st cycle

    Bros what kind of strenght gains did you get on your 1st cycle
    for example my bench has went from 265 8 times to300 eight times
    Im in my 7th week of a test e 500 mg per week cycle how does this compare to you bros 1st

    looks like u started a little higher then i did,but i went from 245x8 to 275x8.sounds like good gains for u bro. good job.

    did u run test alone for ur first cycle,, right now im on deca and sus, but so far nothing at end of wk 3. im thinking to ditch the deca cuz i feel its that keeping me back...

    give it some time took
    me about 5 weeks for the strenght to kick in

    how do u split the test up? 250mg twice a week or what and how many pounds u gained so far in lean mass not fat

    250 on thurs and 250 on sat ive only gained about 6 lbs but its all muscle
    strenght is going up and it looks like im losing fat at the same time
    im eating around 4-4,500 calories real clean a day.its awesome

    Dude why would deca be holding you back? its attached to a very long ester so give it some time to kick in, deca is great for strength and you will love it when it kicks in...trust me

    hey bro,

    do you mind posting your workout routine? how many times per wk do you work the same muscle? how many sets and reps? Do you ever do any cardio, like on your off days?

    I'm on the same first cycle as you and I'm starting my 6th wk on monday. so far, i've gained a lot of weight and muscle mass, but i've also gained a good amt of fat on my abdomen and chest also. i'm only consuming about 3000 clean calories too. also, my bench strength has only gone up 20 lbs so far from 185 lbs 8 reps to 205lbs 8 reps. i'm getting pretty frustrated w/ the fat. are you taking any nolva? i'm taking 10mg nolva and .25mg ldex per day. thanks for any help, bro. i just don't know if i'm screwing this cycle up.

    you are what you eat, you must eat clean to get somewhat clean results. Also, it could be a little bit of water retention.

    i did test e for 10 weeks 400 mgs, once a week, started benching 315 for 2-3, during week 5-6 i was repping it out for 10-12, now i am in first week of PCT, and i am doing only high reps 15-20,
