I have been talking to a guy from my gym who is a huge guy himself but what he tells me sometimes seems to be overboard. He told me that i should compete next year but i need to stay on test the whole year with at least 500mgs a week. i asked him if his natural levels came back and he said yes but i just dont know if i wanna chance this kinda crazy if im not a pro or at least in the npc What do u guys think help me out?

Don't do it. One long cycle is not worth risking your netty test levels, they could never go back to normal, in which case, you can not have kids, you may be dependent upon test for the rest of your life, etc., etc.

Man i wouldn't do that. Remember the golden rule, "TIME ON = TIME OFF"
That's just my opinion, i wouldn't chance it. I need for junior to be workin a few years down the road.......i don't want to start viagra too soon.
Good luck with whatever you decide though!

@beeffreak6: From what I have witnessed in the past, the guy is right. If you are seriously competing--and you want to be successful, you have to stay on.
@fitnessguy: If you experience ED because of low or non-existing testosterone levels , Viagra won't do you any good.

yea deff dont go all year.. 20 weeks maybe but not all year.. 6 months maybe if you do it right but not 12..that would mean 12 months off.....

man you would get better results if you cycled it anyway. after week 32 it would be as effective as creatine.

im on about 500mgs a week and it takes this much for me to grow. i am already 250 but i want to grow i dont know how much i can really grow. i have been training real intense for like 6 years but i havent really juiced hard. i have did a couple cycles with omnadren 250 but i wanna go with a single ester and just see how i feel in like 4 to 6 months

Don't cycle all year around if you can get away with it! Do shorter cycles with a bit more juice, if you're just growing on 500mg of T per week, then look into a few short cycles (8 weeks-ish) of 750mg per week.
You could also try DC (doggcrap's) method of cycling in which you'd run 4 weeks of test at a high level, say 750mg and then 2 weeks of clomid/HCG while still running 200-400mg of T per week. You'll still be shut down sure, but you're going to regulate HTPA levels better than staying on completely. You could use this method and run it for a longer period of time, but I still would definetly recommend not staying on year around.
The only reason you'd say on year round is because you have many shows to compete in and many guest appearances, in which everyone is relying on you looking your best. But staying on for long periods of time has many negative effects on the body, is expensive, and will require you to forever use very high dosages for your body will simply adjust to whatevers given.
Good luck! Use safely and responsibly!

Ive known people on for 3-4 years and have had there natural test levels
come back fine.Iam not recommending it.Iam just saying,if your young enough
and dont go overboard with the doses I think you would be fine going a year

There is NO definative proof that anyones natural test stays shut down permanantly even after being on a yr or longer! The natural production does take longer to get started and get to (normal) levels.

i am gonna stay on this stuff as long as i can until i stop gaining
