I have put on some nice size and was wondering how much weight and size you guys kept after your first cycle??? I have clomid and novaldex for PCT.

if you keep training hard throughout PCT and after its over you will retain most if not all of your muscle gains, but the water and fat you have gained on the cycle will be lost, that is why you shouldnt worry too much about what the scale says.
First Cycle, 35lbs gain, kept 22 of it
youll lost lbs,just cause your probably holding some water from the sust....keep most of your muscle though with proper cal intake, and pct...
Can it be injected once a week?? Using 400mg.
it could be but y would u want to when u can split it up..... right now im takin 1.5 mL's per shot twice a week.... dunno kno about u but i love feelin when the needle goes in my shoulder and i can feel the deca/test e go in... lol i guess u can just call me nutZ
Conventional wisdom is that any pill steroids give gains that are almost unkeepable... what you gained from the sust can be kept as is true with most injectables are also the most keepable. Keep lifting and eating well thru PCT and do your clomid property, also doing tongkat and/or tribulis during PCT is extra helpful in keeping gains because they help restore natural testosterone production quickly and help diminish sex hormone binding globlins in your blood.Quote:
