not as sure when to start winstrol . thinking at 5th week

deca with no test in a no-no. also what is the total length of your cycle? and i wouldn't mix d-bol with winny tabs b/c of how harsh it would be on your liver.

reading up always a good idea bro....nobody on this board will recommend a deca /dbol cycle.....first cycle in 8 years imo treat it as a first cycle ever and research single ester test cycles....

10 week 200 mg deca week, 3 tabs d0bol a day m-f, 1cc winstrol week

thats what I was told. Didn't sound right so I'm reading up more. It has been a while since I was up on all this.

how about 500mg's of Test E a week for 10 weeks... and save that other stuff for your next cycle. You could stack your Test and dbol ... But stop taking the dbol after week 4 or 5 because your not running a very high dose... Or you could run your Test and deca ... 500mg of test and 200mg of deca... Have your deca finished at week 8... make sure you have enough clomid at the end of your cycle so you can take 100mg a day for a month. You can start taking your clen after your last shot of test... 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off... and you should take nolva all the way through at 10mg's a day if you plan on doing any of those cycles i suggested. Gook Luck.

bro deca shuts you down hard.... ever heard of deca dick. if you run the deca by itself the only time you'll be hard is if its in her mouth. the test is used to counter act this. and always run the test 1-2 weeks longer than the deca, these are just some of the basics. read up and keep posting questions, being educated has never hurt anyone

you need more deca and TEST!!!
leave winstrol for another cycle and buy lots of nolva in case of gyno!!!
why dont u make a good search for "first cycle" or "newbie cycle"... ull find lots of answers!!!
keep it simple, is your first cycle!!!
