    change in cycle

    if you are in week 3 of a 12 week cycle and had to switch from duratest to sustanon is that ok or do i have to wait another 3 weeks for the sustanon to kick in? thanks

    err whats the duratest?
    and err you could run something else whilst waiting for sust to kick in?
