    steroids and food

    im 5' 10" 205 lbs 13% bf probably less
    my cycle includes
    test cypi 500 mg week 1-13 weeks
    eq 400 mg week 1-13 weeks
    winstrol 50mg ed 9-15 weeks

    i was interested in droping my body fat a little lower, i want to get rid of my love handles, they are not big but i dont want to have them at all.

    they problem is that i am not sure if i am eating right.
    this is my 4 week and i have seen some improvement, nothing really big
    my diet is about 400 gm of proiten a day divided into 6 meals, carbs about 140 gm , 75 gm postworkout the rest 1/2 cup oatmeal in the meal six and 1/2 cup on the meal 2 fat just flaxseed oil 2 spoons on protein drinks

    also im cycling clean and ephedra, 2 weeks & 2 weeks
    cardio 30-40 min treadm every morning 5 days a week

    should i eat more?
    if i include more clean carbs on my diet, will i still burning fat?
    i want my muscles to look fuller.
    please advice.

    yea i eat lots of skinless boneless chicken breasts, i buy hundreds when the supermarket has a special offer such as 'buy one get one free'

    hey bro, looks pretty good to me, 400gm of protien should def do it. I think you mentioned you were on clen , keep that going, the eq should help lean you out and burn fat as well. For me personally when I am cylcling, I try and eat most of my carbs in the first half of the day, then eat most protiens in last half of day. Obviously, you should be cutting out all junk food if you want to burn off those love handles. For protein shakes just use water no milk, in fact I would cut out milk entirely even skim seems to make me feel fat. I always have a All protien shake before bed to (no carbs/fats and mixed only with water) this seems to work for me but everybody's genetical makeup is different. good luck. panabolic.

    Just make sure that your calories are low enough to lose fat, and also make sure your macronutrients are in order

    Only eat carbs for breakfast and within 30-45 minutes after your workout. Otherwise, your meals should only consist of protein, shutting down all carb intake after 6-7 pm. Cardio in the morning on an empty stomach for 30-45 minutes will melt the fats and love handles away too.
