rough draft for next bulker...any advice or ideas?

5'8" at 185-190lbs....down from 200lbs. bf about 12%....i want to get to around 215 or so. last cycle was about the same but the test 200mg lower the eq was doubled and there was no deca. this is just a rough draft and im open for suggestions....the t400 of course is denkall, and the rest is either qv or homemade.

Thats a lot of gear and a lot of dbol.
In my opinion drop the dbol except for the 1st 4 weeks
Run the tren weeks 4-16 75mg ed
Your going to need femera in my opinion for this cycle 1.25mg ed
In all I really think you should cut the AS down to know more then 3-4 chemicals at a time, you have 6-9 running at once if you use hgh, t3, or clen. Just too much at once and there all going to be taking up receptor sites..

so drop the dbol and start the fina week 6 and go from there....that makes since. like i said this is just a really rough draft. i was going with the dbol 4on/4off cause i figured when my gains slowed down it would give me a kick.

With that much gear you shouldn't have a slow down unless you ran it longer. Do you really feel the need to run slin with all that as well. Your not to the point that you should be having problems putting on size. Why not run

1-16 .75cc T400 eod
1-4 40mg dbol ed
4-16 tren 75mg ed
1-15 either EQ or Deca 400-600mg ed
20mg nolv, 1.25mg femera ed
pct week 19

Dont know your old cycle experience but what I wrote above is still a lot of AS. I weigh 250 with 6% body fat and I run less then your proposed cycle.

well ive done a couple cycles with slin and one with out... and i could tell a difference. i like using slin because for 1) it works, and 2) even though you have to watch what you eat it, force's you to eat. theres not excuses about it you have to eat.

either way its still alot of as, but i am using qv gear and denkall. i know there both underdosed.

does anyone know exactly what mg/ml t400 is?

Actually denkall and QV are pretty right on and sometimes overdosed. If you like slin use it. Either way you may want to simplify it a bit.

qv and denkall arent as a rule underdosed, only some batches are. you'll still be getting over 1 g ew of test with the t400. i'm not sure if you're looking for a lean mass cycle or pure bulk. if its lean mass youre looking for, run the tren and eq. if its bulk, go with the deca and eq together with test. like TRE said, dbol only in the first 4 weeks and mabye the last four if you're feeling like a badass. i think the slin is a good idea, but be very careful, personally i wont touch the stuff. too risky.

well im glad to here that about the dosage on the t400 and qv. i was under the impression most qv was about 70mg off. all my batchs will be the latest ones out.

monster this will be a pure bulk cycle. as much as i try and eat and bulk i have a hard time getting over 12-14% bf.

1-15 400 mgs deca ew
1-15 600 mgs eq ew
1-16 1200 mgs t400 ew
1-4 50 mgs dbol ed

10 mgs nolva ed throughout.

that should put some serious size on. you could even up the deca to 600 mgs ew...

well I would replace the Nolva with Letrozole @ 1 or 2 mg ED
(it would reduce bloat --> Water/Fat loss and means your bodys ability to hold mass will be favourable to the muscleratio => Less water/fat weight means you can gain more muscle)
Nolva also reduces IGF-1 levels by 23% while Letro boosts them with 37%!

Don't remember to take Proteinshakes @ at least 150 grams ED (one first thing in the morning, one post work-out one with slow proteins before bed!)

And I think 25-30 IU of Insuline is a bit much -->
10-20 IU is much more suitable everything above 20 IU is overkill (well not out of experience but as my opinion as future doctor).

Deca and Equipose are quite similar in characteristics why Both?

And 12 weeks of DBOL is a bit much I think...

i still think eq and deca will yield more size than eq and tren enth...

i like the idea of the 600mg eq and 400 deca. the only reason i reversed them is because qv deca is 300mg/ml and the eq is 200mg/ml. trying to get my number of injections down. i also like the idea of the Letrozole.....question on that though, will it just reduce water/bloat/fat or is it a anti estrogen as well?

i did igf-1 in my last cycle as well at 40mcg/day. towards the last week of it i added insulin as well so i have an idea of how i react to it.

it works as an anti e as well, but on so much test and deca, i would run nolva as well throughout the cycle. it will keep the bloat down. you might want to throw some winny in there at the end for a kick ass finish.

yeah i thought about that as well....im a big fan of winny, but i personally feel it works best when used at higher dosages.....i honestly didnt say anything about the winny cause i figured i would here enough about all the AS i was using already.

Running nolva with it is very overkill and not good for your Lipid levels

Agreed, except i was under the impression aromasin was more powerful than letro? Never really saw any studies on this, just based on anecdotal evidence. Either way, letro and nolva are overkill
