First time cycle, i'm 190pounds 5'11 been lifting for only 1 year.
i'm looking for a heavier look than I have at present, would like to add anything over 12-15 pounds. keep maybe 10?
I had this recommended by a helpful guy over at EF:
"As a beginner I'd try an 8 week of deca as you said 200mg/ week.
Taper the dbol as follows: 2,4,6,8,8,6,4,2 pey day each week.
Start the clomid 2-3 weeks after your last deca shot at 100mg/day for the 1st week then drop to 50mg for a further 2."
What I would like to know is, how many calories should I be looking to get inside me each day while on this cycle, and what gains I would expect to get on the above. I'm planning on going heavy and hard in my workouts, not many reps just heavy.
Any advice will be great, oh I will also be adding ALA but am not sure how much I would need to take a day while on the dbol, so advice on that also would be nice.
