My w.o. partner is using it as a site inj. for growth, injecting in the muscle before working it. He does 6 inj. in quads (not sure how much in each inj.) before heading to the gym on quad day.

I would guess kynoselen. I used syntheselen (kyno's human-intended version) and didn't like it much.
I saw good results takin 3cc 3x/week. I was harder and leaner. My diet is on point as well as my CV.
I'm not sure about kyno, but syntheselen stated that you are supposed to take 1cc/55lb of bodyweight daily. that was alot of shooting, and it burned like a son of a b*tch too.
I asked my w.o. partner about his Kyno inj. He uses 1cc per inj. injecting in the muscle prior to training that muscle. He does 1 inj. per delt head on shoulder day. 6 in quads. etc. He sais it hurts like a muscle cramp, but goes away into the workout.
