Assuming you just pierced it...yes. I've also had some oil come out with the blood too. But not alot.

if you injected INTO a vein, im suprised your still sitting here typing this.if you aspirated, and you saw air bubbles come into the syringe, then that means you didnt hit a blood vessel but you might of passed through 1.if you aspirated and no blood came in, then your good to go.
