    Question

    anyone else have experience with this?

    also, what type of results should I expect? I am 5'9 200#s 14.5% BF. I do one hour spinning classes 3 times a week, and weight training six times a week. Any opinions appreciated,

    Oh yeah, I have a pretty good diet, High protein with moderate low glycemic index carb intake.
