Quick PCT question

i fully understand the reasoning behind clomid therapy during post cycle but i'm not so sure about nolva. i've heard many people say you should take nolva all the way thru your cycle, others say only during pct and theres some that say only when you start to notice gyno being a problem. is there any solid time that nolva should be done that everyone can agree on? asking because i'm about to buy mine, already got the clomid but my source was restocking on nolva, need to know how much i need to buy. thanks bros, dunno what i'd do without this place :unsure:

btw if my cycle matters heres what i've decided on:

Weeks 1-12: Test E 500mg /week
Weeks 1-10: Deca 400mg /week
Weeks 1-4: Dbol 30mg /week

classic mass builder, shouldn't let me down.

always take nolva and l-dex on cycle and during pct,IMO

Adex at 0.25mg/day throughout the entire cycle with nolva at 10mg/day throughout the cycle but bumping it to 20mg/day during pct.

You'll get some that say to only use it when you see symptoms :unsure:
Nolva is cheap and good for your lipid profile....there's absolutely no reason not to use it throughout.

Unless someone provides a pretty compelling reason NOT to use it throughout, use it.

The nolva combined with the L-dex will aslo help keep water retention to a minimum, another added bonus.
