I think I know the answer to this but here goes. Test takes 4 weeks to kick, so do I eat and train as hard before it kicks, I worry about getting fat and overtrained before the happiness hits my system.

You should eat and train just as hard when on the gear as when off...plus it is good to get into the routine of things before it all kicks in....

Yes, start eating 'cycle-like' from at least the start of your cycle. It will give you an extra 'anabolic kick' and you will allready gain some extra pounds even though the gear is not kicked in yet.
