supplementing with clen
ive read a few times to supplement potassium, calcium, and vit d with clen why?, and how much? could that be a reason for getting severe cramps while on clen??

yea - you sweat a lot and lose electrolites. Before I supplemented potassium when on clen , I would get cramps so bad I could not workout. Especially in the calves when doing seated rows for some reason. They can be extremely painful, take a whole minute to get rid of, and come right back as soon as you sit back down to do the set. Also, my jaw would lock when I yawned, and even my abs would cramp up, which really hurt.

arggggggghhhhhhhh bro u reminded me i got the same the cramps are so painfull I remember my friend coming to my door and as i tried to get up from the sofa i got a cramp in my quad and inside of my leg i was stuck in a funny position and couldnt even answer the door!, anyway besides the point but yes it was due to the same things from clen . I would definately use electrolytes and potassium and supplements while on clen otherwise things could get painfull.

id hate to think what my cramps would be like right now if i wasnt on all of that stuff I couldnt inject myself today and everytime I stuck the pin in I would get a cramp. I upped my clen to 160mcgs but may lower this if things dont get any better

thanks alot guys I thought it may have been creatine for some reason. it was so hard to trin legs b/c between each set i was streching and working out a cramp for about ten minutes it sucked!!!!!!! and calfs forget about it!!!!i was getting cramps in my thumbs.....finally it got soo bad that I went and got pedialyte(an infant electrolyte formula) and from then on it was all good. but its good to know exactly why. do you folks take pill form supplements or eat and drink the extra electrolytes. if pills how much!!!!
